David Mirfin was second and Gary Hooper third in the voting. There were a record number of members who registered their votes this season.
Paul joins Joe Murphy, Andy Butler and Alex Calvo-Garcia in winning the award twice.
Paul will be presented with a piece of personalised crystal and a presentation bottle of Irish Whiskey outside the Iron Bar after the Forest game on 2nd May.
A new t-shirt will be produced in his honour, (artwork to follow) but it will be a Claret coloured t-shirt printed front and back.
