What do you think of the ground?

The ground has improved since last season with a new all seater east stand. The east stand is where the Iron supporters were housed

How many Iron fans made the trip, and did they make much noise?

About 180 made the trip. It was your usually Tuesday night atmosphere in front of a small crowd of 2162

It was Sam Russell's first game for the club, what did you think of him?

Early on in the game the ball was crossed into the box, Russell came out to punch the ball, but got nowhere near it, luckily it was cleared that was the only mistake he made. He didn't really have much to do much all game, but made two good shot stopping saves. At the end of the day he's kept a clean sheet and that's what we needed

Did the sprinklers coming on affect the game?

The sprinkles made a big impact on the game, their manager (Ian Britton) got sent off for something he did or said while the ref was trying to get the players off the pitch during this period. After the sprinkles went off we dominated. I didn't get wet but some of the Kidderminster fans that were sat in the west stand straight across from us did. It was funny seeing them trying to escape the water

Cliff Byrne has struggled with form this season, was there an improvement last night and what was his goal like?

He had his best game so far this season for me. The goal came from a good ball from Kilford, Byrne came from no where really, headed the ball past the keeper (Stuart Brock) at the edge of the box then carried on running to finish. His goal and the team keeping a clean sheet must give him added confidence.

How did McLean and Torpey work together?

They didn't seem to have the best of games together last night. A fair few miss passes to one another. Torps didn't have the best of games, wasn't hold up the ball as well as he usually does. Give them a few games though and I'm sure the can get a good understanding going.

Were the three points deserved?

We didn't have a great first half, but we dominated much of the second half. At the back it was the best defensive display of the season. Kidderminster had one player that gave us a few problems (Lloyd Dyer). The three points were deserved
