Bristol City expect to have two first-team players back from injury ahead of next Saturday's trip to Glanford Park.

Louis Carey has not played this season because of an heel injury, while Cole Skuse has been out with a knee injury.

The Robins said on Friday that they would both be able to return for next Saturday's Championship clash.

They still have a lengthy injury list - with Christian Ribeiro (back), Lewis Nyatanga (knee), Danny Haynes (thigh) still doubts.

Nicky Maynard and James Wilson are long-term absentees with knee injuries and Sam Vokes will be missing until October due to a torn hamstring.
