The Gulls are one of the surprise packages of the season so far and currently occupy third spot with 24 points.

However, in a sign that the third division is possibly at the closest standard it has ever been, that is still only four points above us as we languish in 14th spot. A win tomorrow could catapult us up into the playoff positions.

Iron manager Brian Laws has no new injury problems, with Andy Dawson and Wayne Graves both recovering from knocks, and will be able to field a strong side for the match.

"It will be a very difficult game, Torquay have had a fantastic start to the season," Laws told the official SUFC website today.

"We know it is going to be a very good side that we are coming up against and we will have to be at our best to get the three points."
