"At the end of the season I sat down and had a chat with Brian Laws, and he felt that it was perhaps time I had a move. I agreed with him that a move may benefit my career, and that is why I am here today.
"I have looked at when the fixture is at Glanford Park, and I notice it is on a Tuesday night. So hopefully I'll be fit for that one, and do well against my former club."
