Captain Crosby missed Friday night's win over Tranmere with a groin injury, while Richie Ryan completed his three match ban after being sent off for violent conduct against Walsall.

Loan winger Peter Till will make his home debut, after making an impressive first start at Prenton Park.

Rotherham manager Mick Harford welcomes back Phil Gilchrist, Scott Minto and Andy Monkhous from injury.

He could also hand a debut to striker Barry Conlon, who joined the Millers on loan from Barnsley on Thursday.

Harford said: "I have seen Scunthorpe play a couple of times, and they have done well since coming up.

"They have some good players and are a solid unit, so it will be a difficult test for us but we have to get our season back on track."
