Iron woes compounded by possible FA Rap

After picking up five bookings for the second match in a week Scunthorpe United are set to be in hot water with the Football Association.
This means that United will be asked to explain their actions to the FA, as does any side who collects five bookings in a match.
The Iron however were already facing FA action after collecting six yellow cards to different plaers during last Tuesday's 2-1 defeat to leaders Plymouth Argyle, however an abysmal refereeing performance had much to do with this.
There is little defence for tonight's cards though, with dissent and stupid frustrated fouls the order of the day.
The club now face a hefty fine, compounded by tonights events, and should they pick up five bookings in the near future could face further action.
