Laws - Win is a massive psychological boost

"It was a great three points," Laws said after the final whistle.

"It is a massive psychological boost, not only for the players but for the fans as well.

"We had to dig in deep, and it has cost us dearly to get those three points today."

Laws was of course referring to injuries to Graves and Beagrie, he also praised the battling qualities shown by the side to fight back from losing an early goal to the visitors.

"Credit to the players they got back into the game, and i thought the second goal was a great movement."

"Graves was looking a real threat for us, but it looks like he's tweaked his knee ligaments which could keep him out for a while."

Steve Torpey also suffered with injury.
"He's gone into a challenge, gone to ground, and opened the joint of his knee up," said Laws.

"Five minutes later Beagrie had to come off with a calf strain, I would certainly say hes going to be in doubt (for the Swansea clash on Tuesday night)"

"Knowing Peter and his miraculous recoveries he certainly doesn't like missing games, for him to miss one game might not be so bad as missing five.

"It is a massive week for us, we've got to wrap these players up in cotton wool to avoid injuries.

"It (the win)is a massive boost for us, going into a busy period."
