During the game Andy Crosby suffered a groin injury while Richard Hinds took a knock to the ankle - leaving United potentially without three key defenders.
Laws told BBC Radio Humberside: "At the moment I am running down on numbers, though Ian Baraclough will be fine for Friday.
"We are carying a few knocks and if we can bring somebody in we will.
"The window shuts on Wednesday but re-opens again seven days later, so I don't eant to be rushed into it if it doesn't make us a better team.
"After the seven days we can go back into the emergency loans when we can pull someone in, so there's no panic. There's no rush to get someone."
