McCombe out for fortnight

The teenage defender has established himself in the first team picture at Glanford Park this season and is expected to ahve an important role to play for the remainder of the season as cover for first choice defenders Pat McGibbon and Mark Jackson.

“Jamie McCombe has been ruled out of action for two weeks now after he injured his ribs in training,” said club physio Nigel Adkins to the official SUFC website. “These types of injuries are very painful, and although he is having daily treatment, do take time to settle down.”
