Jack was six when he died earlier this month, two years after being diagnosed with a brain tumour.

He won many admirers though his family's fundraising for others in a similar situation.

He was also taken to heart by sports players such as Serena Williams - who invited him to join her behind the scenes at Wimbledon - Manchester United's first-team squad and the England midfielder Jack Wilshere, who was a regular visitor to his Scunthorpe home and attended his funeral last week.
