Same again for York visit

Matt Sparrow and Lee Featherstone will again sit out with calf injuries, with Alex Calvo-Garcia still several weeks away from a return and Richard Kell in the midst of a three match suspension.

This means Iron manager Brian Laws will keep faith with the team which performed so well in Tuesday night's 4-1 away win over bottom club Carlisle United.

The only possible change could come in defence, with Nathan Stanton pushing to return to his regular right-back slot. This would probably see youngster Andy Butler dropped to the bench as captain Mark Jackson moves back into his regular central defence.

The Minstermen have been boosted by two players returning from injury, with skipper Darren Edmondson returning to contention after six weeks on the sideline and Dave Merris fit despite suffering concussion in their match against Oxford.
