So, what happens if...

IF UNITED WIN:

With three points in the bag, we will be promoted to League One regardless of other results. If Yeovil beat Lincoln, then three points for United means second place in the League table. If Yeovil fail to beat Lincoln, then three points for the Iron will secure the title.

IF UNITED DRAW:

Promotion will be virtually certain with a draw, it would take massive wins by BOTH Southend and Swansea to overhaul us thanks to a favourable goal difference.

A point could also see United take the title, if Yeovil lose to Lincoln and Southend and Swansea both fail to win by large margins then the Iron will be crowned champions.

IF UNITED LOSE:

Then it would all depend on how Southend and Swansea fare. If they both win then they would move about the Iron, meaning Glanford Park will see more play-off football this season. However, if either the Shrimpers or Shrews fail to win then we are promoted regardless of the result at Gay Meadow.

WHAT IS AT STAKE ELSEWHERE IN LEAGUE TWO:

One of the top four League Two teams will drop into the play-offs. Lincoln and Macclesfield are virtually guaranteed to be involved - with a point from their final games enough. Northampton and Darlington are battling for seventh spot - they are currently tied on 69 points, with the Cobblers ahead by a narrowly better goal difference. Both will expect to win their final home games - and it could come down to who has the best firepower.

Kidderminster and Cambridge are already relegated from the Football League. Barnet will take one of their places as Conference champions. Carlisle, Aldershot, Hereford and Stevenage are fighting for the final place via the play-offs. First legs will be played on Bank Holiday Monday, with the second legs the following Friday.

AND IN LEAGUE ONE:

Stockport and Peterborough are already relegated to League Two. Wrexham look set to follow them, and must beat Brentford on Tuesday night to give themselves a chance. They are battling with Oldham and MK Dons for the final safe spot. If Wrexham beat the Bees, they must beat Huddersfield on Saturday while hoping that Oldham lose to Bradford and MK Dons lose to Tranmere.

Luton have been promoted as champions, with Hull taking the runners-up spot. Tranmere will head the play-off challenge, with Shffield Wednesday also taking a spot barring a freak set of results. Hartlepool, Bournemouth, Brentford, Bristol City and Huddersfield are all challenging for the final two play-off spots.

Rotherham and Nottingham Forest have already been relegated from the Championship. Crewe Alexandra will also drop down if they fail to beat Coventry at Gresty Road. That could drag Gillingham or Brighton down.
