He has penned a deal until the end of next season and goes straight into the
squad to face Leyton Orient at Glanford Park on Saturday.
Corden said: "I'm delighted to be here, and hope to be part of a promotion
campaign.
"I tasted promotion at Mansfield, and it is a feeling I hope to have again
here at Scunthorpe."
Corden was available on a free transfer after being told he had no future at
the Stags by caretaker chairman Carlton Palmer.
On-loan defender Stevland Angus has also agreed to extend his stay until the end of the season.
