The United XI is not yet confirmed, but Elliott and Wharton will be joined by general manager Jamie Hammond, associate director Jason Oxenforth, supporters club chairman Andy Brown and OSC committee members, and Iron-Bru.net editor Luke Thornhill.

The game will be played for 15 minutes each way.

The open day, on Sunday July 10, is being organised by the club's official supporters club and will run form 10am to 4pm.

It will see the official launch of the club's new black away kit, although the design (right) has already been released by manufacturers Streetwise Sports.

United's first team will train on the Glanford Park pitch between 11am and noon, with a session of interviews with players and management between 12.30 and 2pm.

The club shop, Iron Bar and Study United centre will all be open along with other attractions - including the League Two runners-up shield.

There will be a junior football tournament and a funfair.

Nintendo will also bring their roadshow to the day, promoting the new Nintendo DS, and well known fan John Staff will host an auction of memorabilia.
