Barnsley book place in Cardiff

Hayes netted a penalty, which he had won himself, on 57 minutes to level the tie after Huddersfield won the first leg 1-0 at oakwell.

An own goal from Paul Heckingbottom soon after restored Huddersfield's advanatage, but two strikes within seven minutes from Paul Reid and Danny Nardiello handed Barnsley the lead on aggregate.

They held on to book their place in the final against Swansea City, who defeated Brentford on Sunday.

The final will be held at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff on May 27.
