The Seasiders were booed off the pitch after Sunday's 2-1 home defeat at the hands of Colchester.

It was the 11th time Hendry's side have lost at home in the League since the Scot took over.

But Hendry declared: "Can I turn it around? Yes. I've done it before and we're not many points away from where we want to be.

"It's a very strange League this season and we have to remember that. Come Christmas I expect us to be in a far better position. "The League is a lot tighter and what we do is still very much in our hands."
