"Last week we were beaten 2-1 at Hull and there were positives. This week we have gained a point but there are negatives.
"The strikers have to wake up and we are below par simply because we haven't scored goals.
"We are looking for the right formula because we have to get things sorted out quickly.
"If I have to bring someone in then I will have to move people out first. If I can get someone in on loan, hopefully someone will do us a favour."
