He said: "We would welcome any proposals from anyone wanting to invest in the club, but we don't know anything about this group.
"It certainly hasn't helped what we are trying to do. Both Andy Preece and Graham Barrow want to know what is going on and I don't blame them."
The Shakers only have 12 players signed up for next season, and player-manager Andy Preece is frustrated at being unable to bring anyone else into the club.
