Plymouth Argyle's Rory Fallon and Simon Elliott will head to South Africa along with Middlesbrough's Chris Killen, West Bromwich Albion's Chris Wood and Ipswich Town's Tommy Smith.
The All Whites will take on world champions Italy as well as Slovakia and Paraguay in the group stage.
