The 22-year-old former Portsmouth man joined on a short-term deal in the summer after impressing in a trial, and following a good season he has decided to stay with the Cherries for another 18 months following interest from QPR.

"I'm delighted he's decided to sign for 18 months with us," said boss Sean O'Driscoll.

"I think it's the best move for him and if he continues his development, we'll end up with a very talented player."
