Frampton helped the south London outfit overcome Leeds United in the semi-finals, pointed to team spirit as key to the 2-1 aggregate victory.
Scunthorpe stand between the Lions and a return to the Championship, but Frampton believes his side have enough about them to secure victory in Sunday's League One play-off final at Wembley.
"We give each other stick in this squad, but it's in a good way that is positive to the team. We are so together, it is unreal," he said.
"I would go as far to say it is the best team bond I have ever known.
"You do not get this sort of feeling in most companies, so to have it in a team where everyone is trying to take each others' place is weird. It works to our advantage, though."
