Leicester City will secure promotion back to the Championship if they beat Southend United at Roots Hall, the Foxes need just two points to secure a top two spot.

Hereford United and Cheltenham Town could be relegated by the end of Saturday's games.

Cheltenham will avoid the drop if Carlisle United beat Swindon Town.
Hereford need to beat Colchester United at Edgar Street and still hope Carlisle lose to stay up.

One team almost certain to be in League One next season is Charlton Athletic, and their relegation from the Championship looks likely to be confirmed on Saturday.

They need to beat Blackpool at The Valley to have any chance of staying up, but could still be condemned to the drop if other results go against them.

One match that has a major importance for Scunthorpe will take place at Molineux, where Wolves will win promotion to the Premier League if they beat Queens Park Rangers.

The Iron will receive £250,000 from the midlands club as part of the transfer deal for Andy Keogh. Wolves paid an initial £600,000 in January 2007, with the additional payment due should they win promotion to the top flight with Keogh as a player. That could come on Saturday.

They could still be promoted should they fail to win and Birmingham City and Sheffield United do not better their results, though the Blades are not in action until Monday night.

Brentofrd will secure promotion from League Two if they see off Accrington Stanley and Bury do not beat Macclesfield.
