It's grim for Carlisle and Darlo

Carlisle United 0 - 2 Bristol Rovers (attendance: 4,764)
Two goals before half time by Wayne Carlisle extends Roddy Collins' side's losing streak to four games this season despite a second half fightback. Rovers keeper Kevin Miller ensured they held onto their lead, and they have now taken seven points from nine.

Huddersfield Town 0 - 1 York City (attendance: 9,850)
Lee Bullock's 17th minute strike was the difference between the two sides, firing home from the edge of the area to make it three wins from three.

Hull City 3 - 3 Cheltenham Town (attendance: 12,522)
Stuart Elliott gave the home side the lead early on with a header, but a ten-minute hat-trick from Robins forward Damien Spencer gave them the advantage. Jason Price pulled one back before half time, and Danny Allsopp's third of the season after the break earned the Tigers a point.

Kidderminster Harriers 0 - 2 Bury (attendance: 2,548)
Chris Porter followed on from his goal against Scunthorpe last week by opening the scoring at Kidderminster today, converting Phil Charnock's cross. Substitute Gareth Seddon sealed the win late on as Bury picked up their first win of the season.

Leyton Orient 2 - 0 Yeovil Town (attendance: 4,431)
Last season's Conference champions Yeovil were knocked off the top of the Division Three table today. Lee Thorpe followed in a parried shot to put the O's in front after just four minutes. Matt Brazier made it 2-0 with 12 minutes to go, firing into the top corner from the edge of the box.

Lincoln City 0 - 0 Doncaster Rovers (attendance: 5,051)
Leo Fortune-West was unable to make a scoring return to Sincil Bank with his new club Doncaster despite having chances, and infact no-one managed to find the net in this stalemate, so Rovers maintain their unbeaten run while the Imps are still as yet to score this season.

Macclesfield Town 1 - 1 Torquay United (attendance: 1,970)
Former Iron forward Martin Carruthers set up John Miles to put the Silkmen in the lead, but John Miles made an instant impact when he came on as a substitute just after half time, scoring within two minutes to save a point for Torquay.

Rochdale 2 - 2 Cambridge United (attendance: 2,204)
Cambridge snatched a 2-0 lead at half time despite Rochdale dominating the half. Alex Revell got the first after 32 minutes before Dave Kitson headed in the second. Former Cambridge player Paul Connor earned Rochdale a penalty midway through the second half when he was brought down by Adam Tann, and Lee McEvilly despatched the spot-kick. Connor then got the equaliser in the 79th minute, and 'Dale earned a point despite having midfielder Chris Shuker sent off.

Scunthorpe United 1 - 1 Oxford United (attendance: 3,617)
Andy Crosby scored after Nathan Stanton gave away a penalty for a foul on Steve Basham just before half time. Peter Beagrie levelled in the second half, finishing past Andy Woodman after beating three Oxford defenders for a typically flash goal.

Southend United 0 - 3 Mansfield Town (attendance: 3,837)
Iyseden Christie scored a hat-trick to bag three points for Mansfield. Headers either side of half time put the Stags in the driving seat, and a third in the last minute ensured he went home with the matchball.

Two matches were played last night, here is what happened:

Northampton Town 1 - 0 Darlington (attendance: 5,020)
Darlo still have yet to get off the board as Northampton condemned them to another defeat last night. Martin Smith was twice denied by saves, but finally found the net just before half time. Barry Conlon had earlier headed over, while Glenn Robson shot wide later on as the Quakers failed once again.

Swansea City 3 - 0 Boston United (attendance: 9,041)
Swansea comprehensively made it four wins from four with an impressive second half display. Lee Trundle scored his fifth of the season four minutes after half time. Trundle crossed for Kevin Nugent four minutes later to make it 2-0, and after the visitors hit the woodwork twice the Swans wrapped up the win late on. Andy Robinson broke his duck chipping over Paul Bastock in the 87th minute to put them top of the league.
