Tuesday's 2-0 victory over Southend United lifted the Elland Road club up to seventh in the table, six points below the automatic promotion places.
"The more games we win the more teams will be looking over their shoulders at us," said Grayson.
"This is the business end of the season and if we keep working as hard as we are doing, results will take care of themselves."
