Oldham name Swailes as skipper

The 34-year-old arrived at Boundary Park this summer on a free transfer from Rotherham, where he had skipper the Millers under current Latics boss Ronnie Moore said.

"He is a strong character and a natural leader," Moore said

Winger Andy Liddell will act as skipper until Swailes returns to action.
