QPR add Hall to squad

The 27-year-old has agreed a four-and-a-half-year contract at Rangers after falling out of favour at the JJB Stadium, where he made just two appearances this season.

Hall made a total of 28 appearances for Wigan, whom he joined from Cystal Palace in 2006.

He has also played for Southampton and Oldham Athletic, having started his career with Chesham United.

Rangers boss Luigi De Canio has wasted no time in reshaping his squad in the January transfer window, after being given plenty of money to spend on players.

Hall is his seventh new signing in just three days - following hot on the heels of Patrick Agyemang, Hogan Ephraim, Akos Buzsaky, Matthew Connolly, Gavin Mahon and Kieran Lee.
