"It is a bad one for Bayo and that's a blow for everyone," said Swans caretaker manager Kevin Nugent.
"There was always a risk that we would lose one of our senior strikers and be down to two, but Pawel Abbott and Lee Trundle are decent players and we've always got a list of players who we could bring in on loan."
Swansea defender Izzy Iriekpen also suffered an injury during the game, pulling his hamstring.
