The Swans travel to Portman Road in the fourth round of the competition knowing the Tractor Boys will be favourites to progress.

But Jackett is confident of a good showing from his side, and reckons the Welsh outfit have a 50-50 chance of picking up a memorable win in Suffolk.

"There's no reason why we can't go Ipswich and give a good account of ourselves," he insisted.

"It's a big hurdle to clear but I think we've got a 50% of winning. I enjoyed playing at Portman road as a player and am looking forward to going there as a manager.

"We've tended to have a good cup run every years since I've been at Swansea, which has generated good profile for the club, so hopefully we can go one step further."
