Tranmere cancel O'Callaghan's contract

O'Callaghan, 29, joined Rovers last summer from Cork City but started only four League One games.

The former Brighton midfielder had not made a first-team appearance since October.

"It hasn't worked out for George at Tranmere and this is the best outcome for everyone," the Rovers manager Ronnie Moore said.
