Wednesday chief slams fans group

Former Everton director Paul Gregg was poised to buy out Dave Allen's share in the club. But he pulled out, citing concerns over the Owls' supporters trust's share in the club - which amounts to 10 per cent of the shareholding. "I would suggest the majority of fans get together and sort the minority out," blasted Allen. "The board have only got 30 per cent of the club and that is a major problem. "We've been talking to Paul Gregg since January. He's been looking to invest in a club and he was particularly interested in Wednesday."
