Betsy, 33, will be on international duty with the Seychelles as they take part in the Indian Ocean Games.
He joined up with his international teammates on Monday, ready to take on Comoros, Maldives, Mauritius, Madagascar, Mayotte and Reunion.
As well as the game against the Iron, he will miss the League and Carling Cup double header against Colchester United.
Betsy turned down the chance to represent the island nation earlier in his career, but changed his mind and made his debut in June. The Indian Ocean Games look set to provide his competitive debut.
