Mansfield beat Wycombe to win their replay, while Macclesfield won through thanks to a penalty shootout win over Cambridge.
Mansfield's win means that if Scunthorpe lose tomorrow night's game at Hillsborough they will have Saturday Jan 3 off as they are scheduled to host the Stags in a Division Three fixture.
In the LDV Vans Trophy Conference club Halifax Town beat Lincoln to reach the northern semis, they will face Blackpool. Scunthorpe will again meet Sheffield Wednesday in the other semi-final.
