Beagrie doubt for Swansea visit

Thigh strain
Beagrie has been unable to train fully all week with the injury which kept him out of last weeks draw at Boston.

Manager Brian Laws will assess his fitness today, with Lee Featherstone set to keep his place on the left wing if Beags has to sit out again.

Right-back Nathan Stanton is set to return to the side, after shaking off a thigh injury of his own, while Matty Sparrow is available for selection again after completing a three-match ban.

High-flying Swansea come into tomorrow's match second in the Division Three table, but their position is based on an impressive run at the Vetch Field.

Away from home they have proved more vulnerable, edging out Cheltenham in a 4-3 thriller but crashing 3-0 at Oxford and 2-0 at Yeovil.

Historically Scunthorpe have the edge in clashes between the two sides at Glanford Park, winning 12 of the 21 games and scoring an average of 1.57 goals per game.
