Entrance is £10 for adults and £5 concessions, and is one of only two home friendlies for the Iron before the Championship season starts with a trip to Cardiff City on Saturday August 8.
The Premier League side Wolves will also head north, with the side that contains the former United forward Andy Keogh coming to visit on Tuesday August 4.
Scunthorpe will also play Bottesford, Winterton, Brigg, Barton Town, Grimsby and Gainsborough Trinity in summer friendlies.
