Bye bye bradshaw?

Bradshaw, who has not exactly set the world alight since his switch from Wigan athletic in the summer, felt he should have been in the starting XI despite only just returning from injury.

The reaction from the experienced defender/midfielder saw him dropped completely from the squad and he will not be considered for tomorrow night's visit of Torquay United.

"He was not happy when told that he was not in the team for Saturday," confirmed Brian Laws, speaking to the Scunthorpe Evening Telegraph today.

"He showed disrespect for his team-mates and to the staff at this club.

"It was that attitude which resulted in him being left out altogether.

"We must have players at this club who are 100 per cent committed.

"He has not been ordered to stay away from the club or anything like that.

"It is just something silly that has happened and Carl now has to ask himself if he can show the commitment we want from him."

If Bradshaw and Laws do not make the peace few Iron fans will mourn the passing of the player who has failed to make any significant impact at Glanford Park.
