Byrne given all clear

The Ireland U21 captain underwent a scan on his knee ligaments on Thursday, and yesterday afternoon received the news that everyone had been hoping for.

It was a double celebration for Byrne, on the same day that it was announced he would be involved for Ireland U21's next month when they face Scotland.
