Scunthorpe United asked the Imps for a larger allocation, but due to safety consultations with Lincolnshire Police were unable to gain any more tickets.
Tickets go on sale from Wednesday morning, with priority given to season ticket holders and fans who can prove they were at Gay Meadow at the weekend.
Remaining tickets will then go on general sale on Thursday, with the club anticipating a huge demand and urging supporters to get down to GP as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. The match is also all-ticket for Lincoln fans.
Information on the second leg at GP will be announced later in the week, although they are likely to go on sale from Saturday.
