Hinds and Keogh sweep up at awards bash

The former Hull man, who can also perform in defence, won the Ernie Storey Player of the Year, the Scunthorpe Telegraph Player of the Year, and the Football in the Community award.

Hinds has been one of the Iron's most solid performers since joining on a permanent basis last summer, making 42 league starts.

Keogh was another big winner - winning the London and South East Supporters Club, Irish Iron and Disabled Supporters awards.

Matt Sparrow also picked up two awards, winning the Disabled Travelling Supporters Away Player of the Season, and the Study United award - which he shared with Nathan Stanton.

Meanwhile, top scorer Billy Sharp was awarded for a 24-goal season witn the Hatfield Jeep Top Goalscorer award, and Josh Lillis, recently handed a professional contract, was voted Young Player of the Season.
