Former striker Paul Hayes makes a quick return to Glanford Park with his Barnsley side on August 9, whilst likely to get a more favourable reception is ex-captain Chris Hope, returning with Gillingham on August 13.
Brian Laws' side will also face his former club Nottingham Forest on August 20 (away) and December 17 (home), while the Doncaster derbies will take place on September 17 (away) and January 21 (home).
Whilst at Christmas, United will have a derby against Chesterfield on Boxing Day (home).
