The arrival of Steve MacLean from Rangers last season meant a season on the sidelines, but he has now taken his chance with both hands (or should that be feet?).
Kamara said: "He is a real find for Brian Laws and his assistant Russ Wilcox.
"He is a natural goalscorer, and the way things are going he and the Iron will be playing a League up next season.
"As long as Peter Beagrie and Ian Baraclough keep supplying him with quality balls, he'll keep taking his opportunities."
