Kell: Not back until after Christmas

"Richard has been doing a lot of work on his own but he still has a long way to go," said Laws.

"I have to be realistic and say if we get him back any time before Christmas then it will be a real bonus for us."

Kell has been out of action since last December when his leg was broken in the 2-1 derby victory over Hull City at Glanford Park.
