He told the Press Association: "I don't take a lot of notice of what bookies say, they never get it right. I don't think they really know a lot about football anyway.
"What we achieved last season was incredible and any suggestions that we might struggle will only make us more determined next season.
"We'll be going to new places, playing new teams, but there is no need to change the way we approach things."
