United took the lead through ex York winger Martyn Woolford, who headed home from close range.

Forte made it two with a loping header before Picton converted a Bladen cross for the third.

Jonathon Forte made it four finishing emphatically passed McDonald before Winn's deflected effort made it five before the break.

Goalkeeper Sam Slocombe replaced Murphy at half time, the Irish stopper foiled York with a penalty save when Sparrow tripped an opposition player in the box.

Forte completed his hattrick with a close range effort to make it 6 before Woolford finished a mazy run with a scuffed effort that McDonald failed to hold to add a seventh.

Andy Wright rounded off the rout in the last minute with a clip over the keeper.
