Captain Jackson has an ankle injury and is likely to be replaced by McCombe, while Sharp has a thigh injury and Beagrie is struggling with a toe injury.
Lee Ridley and Lee Featherstone are on standby to come into the starting lineup.
Manager Brian Laws insists that he will be fielding the strongest possible side in the competition.
He said: "It is an avanue that we can do reasonably well financially but Bury will not be an easy game.
"We beat them at Gigg Lane when we played them earlier in the season, but none of these games are easy. They too will want to get to the final, especially with the financial problems they have been having."
The Shakers are not without their own injury problems, with strike duo Chris Porter and Gareth Sneddon major doubts.
