Calf strain
Matty Sparrow and Nate Stanton both suffered slight calf strains during yesterday's victory over York City - although the pair are likely to still be in the starting lineup tomorrow.

Mark Jackson played much of the second half against York with a bandage wrapped around his head, but is again likely to start. Paul Wheatcroft has a slight groin strain, but with Laws likley to stick with the combination of Steve Torpey and Martin Carruthers up front, meaning Wheaty again has to settle for the bench.

Rushden And Diamonds go into the match sitting pretty at the top of the third division table with eight points from the opening four games.

They've won both their home games, scoring six times and conceding only once - but they had to settle for a point away at Shrewsbury Town yesterday though, with the match finishing 1-1.
