Iron wait on pairScunthorpe pair David Mirfin and David Syers could face late fitness tests ahead of the visit of Portsmouth.Centre-half Mirfin and midfielder Syers are struggling with slight groin injuries, but boss Russ Wilcox is expecting them to play some part at the weekend.Striker Deon Burton remains sidelined with a calf problem and skipper Michael Collins has joined AFC Wimbledon on loan until the end of the season.Wilcox has no other new injury or suspension worries as the Iron, without defeat since he took charge at the end of November, bid to extend their unbeaten run to 16 matches.Portsmouth are set to hand Toumani Diagouraga a debut.The Brentford midfielder arrived at Fratton Park on a one-month loan deal earlier this week and he is available to make his Pompey bow.But one player who may not make the trip is winger Andy Barcham whose wife is due to give birth to their first child on Saturday.Pompey have lost just two of their last 10 matches to move seven points clear of the Sky Bet League Two drop zone, but victory over Scunthorpe would be the the first time they have recorded back-to-back league wins this season
