Super Lee made the switch to Spotland in the summer on a Bosman Transfer and despite a struggle to regain fitness is now enjoying an extended run in the first team.

He spent three years at Glanford Park after a £50K (not £120K as the club's propaganda machine claimed at the time) switch from West Ham United.

Tomorrow he is likely to start the game, and he is certainly looking forward to it.

"I spent three good years at Glanford Park and I enjoyed it tremendously, the fans and staff made me feel very welcome but both myself and the manager felt it was time I moved on," he tolf Rochdale's Official website.

"I left on good terms, it was simply the right time to move on. The gaffer hasn't spoken to me or asked me for any inside information.

"I honestly don't think he needs to, everyone knows the players they have so there shouldn't be any surprises."
