Yeovil have one hand on trophy

The Glovers host Lincoln knowing that a win would seal the Championship - and complete a remarkable rise from non-league football to League One.

But their fate is far from certain, with Scunthorpe, Southend and Swansea all staking a claim on the trophy.

Yeovil have a one point advantage over Scunthorpe, and three points over Southend and Swansea.

If they lose to Lincoln, and United win at Salop, then the trophy will be heading to North Lincolnshire rather than Somerset.

A Football League spokesman confirmed: "Our policy is to take the trophy to the team in the leading position, so the trophy will be at Yeovil."

If they seal the title, then they will be presented with the trophy and medals after the game against the Imps.
