The 37-year-old Leicester City defender has been a regular in the Bulls side since arriving at the club in September.
He made his debut in the defeat at Leeds United and has gone on to make five more starts for Graham Turner's relegation-threatened side.
The former France international and Bolton Wanderers stalwart will remain with the Bulls until November 28.
